The first of two houses we’ve rented from Beach Reunion is the home of our 5-5-40 Bash. This 7000+ sqft home features a large pool, infinity hot tub, rooftop patio with a view of the gulf and is right across the street from the beach (also next to a great coffee place!).
The Second House

Our second home is just a few blocks (or a short golf cart ride) away from the main house. It features a pool and game room in a quiet community.
BOOKING TRAVEL
Note that since Destin sits on the panhandle of Florida, it's situated in CENTRAL TIME ZONE. Be sure to account for this when scheduling your transportation.

✈️ FLYING ✈️
When looking at flights, the best airport to fly into is Destin–Fort Walton Beach (VPS) as it's only ~16 miles away from Destin. From VPS, you can reserve an Uber / Lyft or rent a car. You can review ground transportation options for VPS here .
You do NOT need to rent a car unless you plan on exploring Destin while you're here. We will have golf carts available for quick trips between houses, to the beach and even some stores. Several of us will have cars as well.

FAQ
Is there a gift list or registry?
No, and gifts are not expected. We just wanted to get together with our friends and family to celebrate a few big milestones and have a great time. Zach’s actual birthday is in late June and we'll send out his regular birthday wish list closer to that date.
What can I contribute towards the trip?
We're covering the costs of the two houses and everything for the party — it's on us so there is no cost to you at all. Guests should cover their own travel to and from the bash. You can feel free to contribute towards any other meals we do together outside of the party, and we'll work out those details closer to the date.
Who is staying in which houses?
Anyone who confirmed their attendance in August will have a room in one of the two houses. The second house does have several additional bunk beds available, so anyone who needs to confirm closer to the trip has the option of staying in a bunk room or can book their own hotel room — there are plenty of options close by. We'll post the list of who's staying where when we get closer to the date.
What are the plans on the non-party days?
The itinerary is posted above, and guests can feel free to make their own plans or book excursions for Thursday, early Friday, or any time Saturday. Both pools and the beach are always good options, and you can just take it easy this trip if you'd like. For ideas on what to do around Destin, check out this website.
What is included in the houses?
Houses will include linens, a set of basic toiletries in each bathroom, towels, and hair dryers. Kitchens are stocked with all the basics for cooking and dining, but we'll need to hit the store for all other supplies — food, beverages, etc.
Is there a store nearby if I forget something?
Yes! There’s a CVS right around the corner and also a grocery store within golf cart distance. You’ll also find Target, Walmart, Outlet shops, and more within driving distance.
